History Thesis Fair

This year's History Thesis Fair takes place on Thursday 3rd March from 3.00-5.00pm, in the North Writing School, Exam Schools. (Students from colleges beginning with B-N are invited to attend between 3.00 and 4.00pm, and those from colleges beginning with O-W between 4.00 and 5.00pm.)

Aimed at second year undergraduates, the Thesis Fair will help you to locate relevant source materials for your thesis, and show you how to make good use of the tools and resources available to you.

This year the Thesis Fair stalls will include:

  • Medieval, Early Modern and Modern sources
  • Visual Resources
  • Global history: India, Africa & Commonwealth, US, Latin America, Chinese Studies
  • Legal History
  • User Education support specialists
  • Maps for historians
  • History of Science and Medicine
  • Collections in the HFL and college libraries & archives, and many more...
